    Mind-body techniques such as hypnosis and meditation, are recommended by the Society of Integrative Oncology to reduce anxiety, mood disturbance and chronic pain
  • Massage Therapy

    Massage therapy for cancer patients experiencing anxiety, pain, or energy depletion, can be relaxing as well as energizing. Manual lymph drainage (a light touch massage technique) can reduce swelling after surgery and prevent lymphedema
  • Energy therapy

    Energy therapy aids in relaxation and provides a sense of peace

  • Acupuncture

    Proven to reduce side effects related to chemotherapy and radiation therapy, also recommended for pain management
  • Acupressure

    Helpful for nausea and pain
  • Energy Therapy

    Balances the body's energy, helps with emotional and physical releases

    Proven effective in preventing pre-treatment anxiety and nausea in patients

    Energizing when feeling depleted, soothing for pain and discomfort (includes craniosacral therapy and manual lymph drainage)
