Find ways to face stress, chronic pain or illness in this acclaimed course. This eight-week program, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn will help you discover ways to tap into your inner resources for bringing balance, health, and peace back into your life. Experience mindfulness with meditation, yoga and other practices. Includes weekly handouts, meditation and yoga CD's. There is also an all-day retreat on Saturday March 15.
