Prerequisites

Prerequisite   Supporting Documentation  
1A: Any 2-year AMA Allied Health degree, such as, but not limited to: Radiologic Technology, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Cardiopulmonary Technology, Occupational Therapy, and Registered Nursing   Official educational transcripts
1B: Any bachelor’s degree with the following co-requisites:
a)Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II
b) Medical Terminology OR Bachelor's degree in health sciences
Note: The above-mentioned co-requisites must have been completed no earlier than two years prior to the time of the application. A letter grade of C or higher is required.  
Official educational transcripts
1C: Paramedic with a minimum of 2 years experience AND Graduate of an accredited paramedic training program.   Official educational transcripts AND employment verification letter
1D:Catheterization and/or Electrophysiology Laboratory staff with a minimum of 3 years experience with the following co-requisites:

a) Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II
b) Medical Terminology

Note: The above-mentioned co-requisites must have been completed no earlier than two years prior to the time of the application. A letter grade of C or higher is required.  
Official educational transcripts AND Employment verification letter AND letter of recommendation from the Director of the Cath/EP Lab
1E: Foreign and Domestic M.D.s and D.O.s are also eligible to apply.   Official educational transcripts AND/OR medical license

Admissions Process

The deadline for applications is April 1st. Selected individuals will undergo a formal interview. All applicants will be informed of acceptance in May.
