(Hartford, Conn. March 24, 2011) – Pavani Reddy Pingle, M.D., of West Hartford, an obstetrician/gynecologist, has joined the Medical Staff of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Pingle received her medical degree from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, India. She served as a resident in nuclear medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center; a resident in general surgery at Nassau University Medical Center, East Meadow, N.Y.; a resident in obstetrics/gynecology at Nassau University Medical Center; and a resident in gynecologic oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York.
Dr. Pingle is a junior member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
Dr. Pingle worked in underserved areas in India as well as the United States after completing her residency. In addition to English, she speaks Telugu, Hindi, Urdu and some Spanish. She is experienced in international medicine and the latest minimally invasive surgery techniques, including advanced laparoscopic surgery and robotic surgery.
