ROBERT PEREZ, M.D., JOINS SAINT FRANCIS

(HARTFORD, Conn., Feb. 25, 2010) – Robert Perez, M.D., of Cheshire, has joined the Medical Staff of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.

Dr. Perez received his medical degree from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Brunswick, N.J., and a master of science degree from Hahnnemann University, Philadelphia. He served as a medical intern at Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, and a resident in radiology and fellow in musculoskeletal radiology at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York.

A diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Perez previously was in private practice in Florida. At Saint Francis, he will practice as a member of Radiology Associates of Hartford.

Founded in 1897, Saint Francis is a major teaching hospital licensed for 617 acute inpatient beds and 65 bassinets. It is the largest Catholic hospital in New England.
