Moeid Khan, M.D.

Specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation  

(Hartford, Conn.  September 26, 2014) –Moeid Khan, M.D., a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation, has joined the medical staff of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. 

Dr. Khan received his medical degree from Saint George University, Grenada. He completed an internship in internal medicine at Albany Medical College, Albany, New York, and his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. 

Board eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Dr. Khan is also a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine and the American Medical Association.   

At Saint Francis, Dr. Khan is practicing as a member of the Saint Francis Medical Group.
