(HARTFORD, Conn.) – Stuart E. Rosenberg, of Bristol, has rejoined Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center as Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations for the north campus.
Rosenberg had been employed by Saint Francis in a variety of administrative and human resources positions for eleven years, beginning in 1987. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Bristol Hospital, a Saint Francis Care Provider.
In his new position, Rosenberg will be responsible for human resources matters on Saint Francis’ north campus, including Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital.
Rosenberg holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Hartford. He is a member of the American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration, the Society for Human Resource Management, the American College of Health Care Executives and is the Past President of the Connecticut Health Care and Human Resource Association.
Rosenberg currently serves as Co-Chairman of the District 1199 Pension and Benefits Fund Trustees.
Founded in 1897, Saint Francis is a major teaching hospital licensed for 617 acute inpatient beds and 65 bassinets and is the largest Catholic hospital in New England.
