MOMINA SALMAN, M.D., JOINS SAINT FRANCIS

(HARTFORD, Conn.) – Momina Salman, M.D., of South Glastonbury, has joined the Medical and Dental Staff of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.

Dr. Salman received her medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Connecticut.

Dr. Salman has joined the practice of Saint Francis Medical Group, Inc., as an academic hospitalist, specializing in inpatient care. A full-time faculty member within the Department of Medicine, she will be involved in teaching rounds with medical students and residents. Dr. Salman is board eligible in internal medicine.

Founded in 1897, Saint Francis is licensed for 617 acute inpatient beds and 65 bassinets and is the largest independent Catholic hospital in New England.
