The Anticoagulation Service was established ten years ago for the express purpose of providing thorough and coordinated care by health care professionals specializing in the management of anticoagulation. Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Centers Anticoagulation Service staff represents combined experience in the specialty of anticoagulation of more than 31 years.
Our clinical staff is comprised of two physicians, co-directors as well as three nurses and two pharmacists.
