Dr. Michael Twohig is the Chairman of Department of Radiology/Imaging Services at Saint Francis Hospital ,Medical Center of MRI services and Director of Neuroradiologic Services at the Stroke Center at Saint Francis.
Dr. Twohig joined Saint Francis as a staff radiologist in 1990. Dr Twohig completed a two year fellowship in neuroradiology at Yale New Haven Hospital and is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology . He completed his residency at Norwalk Hospital where he served as chief resident . A diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Twohig holds an appointment as an assistant clinical professor of radiology at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Radiology, , Radiological Society of North America, Radiological Society of Connecticut, American College of Physician Executives, Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography, Society of Body Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance and the Phi Beta Kappa Society. |
