Dr. Pangilinan did his Internship training at Mount Sinai Hospital and his Residency training at The Unviersity of Connecticut School of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Pangilinan received the Academic Appointment of Clinical Instructor of Medicine and he is a recipient of the Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching for 1997, 1998 an 1999 at the University of Connecticut Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency Program.
