Dr. LeBlanc practices General Podiatric Medicine in Bloomfield. She graduated from the University of Vermont and the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her Residency at the VA Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. LeBlanc is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. LeBlanc teaches a Foot Care Class at the Diabetes Care Center at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
