BURGDORF/FLEET HEALTH CENTER The Burgdorf/Fleet Health Center is located on the Mount Sinai Campus of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center at 131 Coventry Street, Hartford. From Interstate 84: Proceed to Interstate 91 North and follow directions below. From Interstate 91 Northbound: Take Exit 34. Turn left at stop sign. At light, turn left onto North Main Street. Turn right onto Tower Avenue. Proceed through the intersection of Tower Avenue and Coventry Street. The entrance to the Burgdorf/Fleet Health Center is on the left. From Interstate 91 Southbound: Take Exit 34. Turn right onto North Main Street. Turn right onto Tower Avenue. Proceed through the intersection of Tower Avenue and Coventry Street. The entrance to the Burgdorf/Fleet Health Center is on the left. Parking: Park in the designated visitors’ parking lot across from the front entrance. City of Hartford Health Department offices are located on the first floor and Saint Francis/UConn medical and dental services are on the second level.
