Applications are available by calling the Volunteer Office at 860-714-4278 or you may submit our online request for an application. Fill out the application and mail it to: Department of Volunteer Services Once we receive your application we will call you to schedule an interview. This will give us an opportunity to get to know you and learn more about your interests, your skills and your availability. We will also be able to tell you more about our program and answer your questions. All volunteers must attend an Orientation and Safety Training program before starting their assignment. They also must have a TB test. This can be done in the Department of Occupational Health at no charge to the volunteer.
