INDIRA PANTHAGANI, M.D., JOINS SAINT FRANCIS Specialist in Neonatology

(HARTFORD, Conn.) Indira D. Panthagani, M.D., of Avon, has joined the Medical and Dental Staff of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Panthagani received her medical degree from Guntur Medical College, Guntur, India. She pursued postgraduate studies and received a medical degree in Pediatrics at University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Dr. Panthagani completed her fellowship in neonatology at Strong Memorial Hospital, in Rochester, N.Y. She finished her pediatric residency at Mercy Hospital, in Pittsburgh, Pa. Dr. Panthagani has also successfully completed a compulsory rotating internship at Government General Hospital, in Kakinada, India.
Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Panthagani will practice as a member of Woodland Physician Associates, Inc., Hartford.
Founded in 1897, Saint Francis is a major teaching hospital licensed for 617 acute inpatient beds and 65 bassinets and is the largest Catholic hospital in New England.
