MOUNT SINAI NAMES ADMISSIONS/MARKETING DIRECTOR Kathyrn Lohmann-Ruszczyk, M.S.N., R.N., C.C.M., To Fill Position

(HARTFORD, Conn.) -- Kathryn Lohmann-Ruszczyk, M.S.N., R.N., C.C.M., of South Windsor, has been named Director of Admissions and Marketing at Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital, a Saint Francis Care provider.
Lohmann-Ruszczyk received a bachelor of science in nursing degree from Saint Anslem College, Manchester, N.H., and a master of science in nursing administration from the University of Hartford.
She holds multiple certifications, including national credentials as a certified nurse case manager and trauma coordination I and II. Lohmann-Ruszczyk was associated with Hartford Hospital for over 10 years, most recently serving as Care Coordinator of the Neuro-Trauma Division. She previously served and held certification as a transplant coordinator for NorthEast Organ Procurement Organization. In addition, she has worked as a critical care travel nurse with TravCorps, Malden, Mass, and as a staff nurse at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, Association of Rehabilitation Nursing, American Trauma Society and Connecticut Coalition on Organ Donation.
Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital is a 60-bed comprehensive acute medical rehabilitation facility located on the Mount Sinai Campus of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. It offers major inpatient and outpatient programs in traumatic brain injury, stroke/neurological rehabilitation, sports medicine and general rehabilitation, including spinal cord injury and orthopedics.
