(HARTFORD, Conn.) Seth M. Brown, M.D., M.B.A., of West Hartford, has joined the Medical and Dental Staff of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Brown earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He recently served as a rhinology fellow at Weill Medical College Cornell University, New York, studying advanced endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery. He is the only fellowship trained rhinologist in Greater Hartford. Dr. Brown completed his residency in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery, and his general surgery internship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, N.Y., where he served as chief resident and was named chief resident of the year.
A diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Brown is a member of numerous professional societies including the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Rhinologic Society and the North American Skull Base Society. He is currently welcoming new patients at his practice, The Connecticut Sinus Institute, a member of ProHealth Physicians, located at 12 North Main Street, West Hartford, and 320 Western Boulevard, Glastonbury.
Founded in 1897, Saint Francis is a major teaching hospital licensed for 617 acute inpatient beds and 65 bassinets and is the largest Catholic hospital in New England.
