Dr. Grayson served as an intern and resident in medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital and Affiliated Hospitals, Miami.
Prior to establishing a private practice in internal medicine, Dr. Grayson served as an internist in the U.S. Naval Reserve at the Naval Submarine Base, Groton, and held the rank of lieutenant commander. He most recently practiced as a member of Newington Primary Care.
Dr. Grayson is a member of the national honor society Phi Beta Kappa and a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
