Special events are some of the ways in which an institution builds relationships and increases awareness of its mission while receiving financial support. These events are commonly known as “friend-raiser” and are a benefit to the institution, the sponsors and the participants.
Saint Francis has several long honored special events. They are our gala benefit, MIRACLES, now in its 18th year, Swing for Saint Francis Golf and Tennis Outing, also in its 18th year and the Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital Golf Classic in its 11th year.

Throughout the year there are other special events that foster goodwill and raise significant dollars for a number of special projects, programs and services. These special events include the Kate Kuhn Woodbury, M.D. Memorial Lecture, Kate's Fun Run and the "Hope and Healing" Chamber Music Concert.
All of these events are enjoyed by hundreds of participants each year. Saint Francis hopes you will consider a sponsorship opportunity, attending an event or even volunteering to become involved with the event team.
